BGPPROXY

The mark consists of BGP stands for Border Gateway Protocol; it is a well known term. A 'proxy' is also a well known general term within the industry to describe specific functionality. There currently is no known or generally used term BGP Proxy. We have combined the words in a unique way in order to provide further differentiation with any potential general combination of the two separate words, which are not generally used or associated with one another to begin with.;Computer network hubs, switches and routers; Gateway routers in the nature of computer control hardware; Network routers; Telecommunications equipment, namely, fiber-optic transceivers, fiber optic repeaters, converters and optimizers, wave division multiplexers, free-space optics transmission systems, switches including Ethernet switches and routers, fiber-to-the-home and ethernet-over-VDSL access aggregators, terminators and repeaters, and remote presence management products, namely, switches, and console, alarm, sensor and power management devices; Wide area network (WAN) routers;BORDER GATEWAY PROTOCOL PROXY;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;
