The mark consists of the wording SWEETEA'S TEA SHOP, with all of the lettering in black and apostrophe in red and outlined in black, and in the shape of a drop of tea. All of this wording is in the center of an oval shaded in beige and outlined in black. Part of the top left of the oval also forming part of a branch with leaves, the branch in black, and the leaves in green and the leaves and each of their vein outlined in black. A concentric oval is outside and encompasses the other oval. The outer oval is in black and the area between the two ovals is shaded in beige. Encompassing all of the elements in the mark is a frame in black. The area outside the ovals is shaded in white.
