Contained within the circle are red and white stripes of varying shapes and lengths, a blue triangular design with white stars and a stylized design of a large paw print in blue and outlined in white, and contained within the bottom part of the paw print is the silhouette of a person kneeling in front of a dog and holding the dog's paw, all in black.
