The mark consists of SUBTREK in black outline with yellow upper portions of the S, U, and B, blue in the upper portions of T, R, E, and K, separated from black in the lower portions of the letter by a white band, which is a wave-like curve running from lower in the S to cresting in the B, running downward in the T, bottoming in E, and ending in the middle of the K; the T and R are conjoined and the E and K are conjoined with the carrot of the K separated; each letter has three adjacent circles, which if appearing below the white wave band are white in black background, the S, B, and T, and if appearing above the white wave band are black with yellow background in the U and black in with blue background in the R and K, with black NEW WAVE IN SNORKELING under the curving portion of the R, and the E and K.;shallow water dive system comprised of a flotation body, compressed air cylinder and two stage regulator;SUB TREK;The color(s) yellow, black, blue and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;
