Within the online website community, provide online community boards for discussion topics, written, audio, and video education and training that includes yoga and mindfulness practices, as well as sharing of information, research, and practices that promote therapist personal and professional self-care. In addition to the website, creation of podcasts, social media pages including LinkedIn, Youtube channel and vlogs, blogs, and live streaming pertaining to the sharing and dispersion of the above-named content and topics;
