I am trademarking the brand name MarinelliMuscle for it's identification and protection within the fitness industry. I plan to design a website under the domain name www.marinellimuscle.com (which I own for the next five years) where I will be selling individualized workouts and meal plans to my consumers on a subscription basis. My website will feature training videos, nutrition videos, personalized video chats, testimonials, an introduction video, a photo gallery of professional photography, a biography page, a contact information page and a question and answer page. Ultimately, I plan to provide a social network for subscribers to interact with each other for fitness related purposes. My goal is to create an open forum where subscribers will be able to collaborate virtually. I will make the site accessible for users to interact through chat or video conference, to perform the provided MarinelliMuscle workouts together or motivate and educate each other. Additionally, I plan to implement a retail store within www.marinellimuscle.com. I want to trademark the hashtag #MarinelliMuscle on all social media domains for its purpose as a service to the general public and in representation of my brand name. In the future, I may create a line of supplements or a gym under the brand name MarinelliMuscle;MARINELLI MUSCLE;

The mark consists of This logo represents my brand name MarinelliMuscle. The logo consists of two M's, which stands for the brand name MarinelliMuscle. The chain links surrounding the two M's signifies togetherness, working as a unit/family towards a common goal and holding strong during tough times. I would like this logo to represent what my fitness company stands for and I would like to apply the logo to all the different endeavors I plan to implement within the company.;MARINELLI MUSCLE;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;I am in the process of trademarking my brand name, MarinelliMuscle. I have filed for the trademark about three months ago. I plan on having my brand name represent my fitness company that I have started. I am currently building my network of followers and credibility on Instagram. Over time, I plan on creating a subscription based website where I will provide my consumers individualized workouts and meal plans. I currently own the domain names www.marinellimuscle.com and www.brendanmarinelli.com, which I will create the website under. Additionally, I plan on creating an apparel line, youtube channel, business cards and potentially a gym. My logo will represent my brand name MarinelliMuscle and everything my fitness company stands for. I want it to apply to all future endeavors I plan to implement into the company over time;
