Trust services, namely, investment and trust company services for greenhouse gas mitigation payments from energy facilities; and financial services, namely, acquiring and managing offset funds, namely, carbon credit funds, funding emission reduction projects that create greenhouse gas reductions, offsets or carbon credits, and consulting and advisory services relative to the above;Consulting and advisory services with regard to business planning, business analysis, business management, business organization, marketing and customer analysis, namely, advising businesses and governments in the areas of compliance and voluntary greenhouse gas offset markets, namely, carbon credits, greenhouse gas reduction, and climate change policy;Consulting and advisory services on environmental regulatory matters, namely, advising businesses and governments in the areas of compliance and voluntary greenhouse gas offset markets, greenhouse gas reduction, and climate change policy;TRUST;Scientific services and research in the field of environmental protection featuring resources and programs on environmental quality, measurement methods, monitoring and verification, and economic modeling to reduce, eliminate, sequester or avoid greenhouse gas emissions from energy facilities and other sources of greenhouse gases; undertaking scientific research on the reduction, elimination, sequestration or avoidance of greenhouse gas emissions and the monitoring and verification of greenhouse gas reductions and offsets, including carbon credits;
