The mark will be used sometimes in color and sometimes in black and white. When it is used in color, the colors are as follows - the four times of the fork, that look like the stripes of a flag, are red; the stars are white; the rest of the fork is blue; the words NATIONAL FOOD RESCUE are blue.;NATIONAL FOOD RESCUE;promoting public awareness of the need for reclamation and distribution of surplus food to citizens in need; charitable services, namely, obtaining donations of surplus food from food manufacturers and retailers and government agencies;
