HAPPY POPITEE

The mark consists of a character face with eyes, eyebrows, a nose, freckles, and a mouth with its tongue sticking out. A hand extends from both the upper right and upper left sides of the face and a foot extends from both the lower right and lower left sides of the face. Seven lines extend from the face at different points between the hands and the feet. The word HAPPY creates a curve around the top of the face, and the word POPITEE creates a curve around the bottom of the face.;Instructional and teaching material printed in books and on cardstock in the field of general education for grade levels kindergarten through 12th grade;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;
