In light of the TTAB's decision in In re King Productions, Inc., Ser. No. 76703458 (T.T.A.B. Nov. 19, 2014), where after a thorough review of the case law and the underlying principles for refusing registration of titles the Board concluded that single creative works are to be considered as descriptive, registration on the Supplemental Register is appropriate.;
