The mark consists of black and white logo with a hexagon design with 5 pointed wings on each side attached to the outer hexagon with the bottom pointed wing crossing the butt stock of two AR-15'S on each side. An additional smaller shadowed hexagon inside the outer larger hexagon encloses the upper case (Elephant Bold Font) words ' ULTIMATE TACTICAL GEAR ' just below the top of the shadowed hexagon with the larger upper case (Elephant Bold Font) abbreviation ' UTG ' below the wording of 'ULTIMATE TACTICAL GEAR '. Followed after that below the abbreviation ' UTG ' is the word ' DISTRIBUTOR ' upper cased with Elephant Bold Font and smaller lettering..
