The mark consists of a verbal element and a figurative element; the verbal element TENEX is in Roman characters of a standard type, of even size, the right side of letter N forms the left vertical side of the second letter E, the bottom of the first letter E touches letter N and the bottom of the second letter E touches letter X; the figurative element, located to the right of the verbal element and being of even size, is a hexahedron divided into four parts by three straight white lines going from the bottom left corner to the upper left corner, upper right corner and center right corner; the straight white lines may be perceived as an arrow directed from the upper right corner down at 45° to the bottom left corner; the figurative element may also be perceived as a hexahedron formed of four triangles.;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;Export and import agencies;
