The mark consists of the wording 'IC sec' represented in stylized font and a circle between the element IC and sec. The letters I and C are represented by one element created by jointed outline in shades of red colours, from light red at the top to dark red at the bottom. The circle in the same red colours is surrounded by the letter C. The wording SEC is represented in a smaller font, where the letter E is represented by three parallel horizontal lines, wherein two outermost lines are of equal width and the middle line is shorter and they are arranged at equal intervals while retaining heigh of wording SEC. The wording SEC is fullfilled by black color. The height of wording SEC is a half-height of letters I and C and it is aligned center relative to the height of the letters I and C. The white colour represents background.
