Macaroons;The mark consists of a square logo with a horizontal purple stripe on the top, horizontal yellow stripe in the middle, and horizontal purple stripe on the bottom. The text in the top stripe reads BISCOCHE and is in white, except for the O, which is yellow. The text on the bottom stripe reads BISCOCHE and is in white, except for the O, which is in yellow. The text on the top stripe runs in the opposite direction as the text on the bottom stripe. The square logo can also be rotated ninety degrees so that the stripes and text run vertically rather than horizontally. In some cases, a more simplified version of the logo will be used. In the simplified version, the entire background is purple and the word BISCOCHE appears only once, at the bottom of the square. In the simplified version of the logo, the text is white except for the O, which is yellow.;The color(s) purple, yellow, and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;The wording BISCOCHE has no meaning in a foreign language.;
