ELITE

The mark consists of the term ELITE appearing on top of a stylized pedestal design. The pedestal design features two larger circles. In between the two larger circles and appearing on the inside of the pedestal design is an open space that is partially filled with numerous smaller circles.;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;Equipment for filtering exhausted gases, namely, wet scrubbers for scrubbing water soluble gases from an exhaust stream and removing particulates from an exhaust stream for use in painting booths and being comprised of vacuums, motors, tanks, valves and tubes;
