The mark consists of a double lined shield. The edge of the shield features three shamrocks on top and one shamrock on the bottom. The center of the shield features two hands joined together depicting a handshake. Above the hands appears a mountain range with a sun rising or setting. Above the sun appears the letters LAOH. Below the hands is a horizontal line.
