The font is 'DejaVu Sans' (ExtraLight), and the 'Next' in Next Step is thinner than the 'Step'. The 't' in both 'Next' and 'Step' are trimmed of their serif's on the left side only, that is the 'cross' in the lower case letter 't'. Underneath and connected to the logo is 'Vocational Education & Transition Center' in the same font, and blue. appearance: The blue arrow appears to be 'wrapping' around the backer, on the left side.
