The mark consists of concentric circles with the words DEVELOPED, TESTED and TRUSTED, with a small circle on both sides of the word TESTED, located between the two concentric circles at the top and the words FORT COLLINS, COLORADO between the two concentric circles at the bottom and a stylized ribbon overlaid across the lower part of both the circles with the word FORNEY in stylized type inside the ribbon and above the ribbon the inner circle is split into two equal parts by a vertical line wherein to the left of the vertical line are 9 stars and 2 half stars and to the right of the vertical line are 5 stripes and which form a highly stylized, incomplete and unusually shaped America flag which is obstructed partially by the concentric circles and the ribbon.
