TF TOM FORD BLACK ORCHID

The mark consists of a configuration of a black bottle with an elongated black cap, with lines and ridges appearing vertically from the top to the bottom of the cap and from below the neck to the base of the bottle. The color gold appears in the five lines wrapped around the neck of the bottle and in the plaque containing the letters TF which also appear in gold but are drawn in black to show they exist, and in the gold drawstring affixed to the neck of the bottle. A horizontal gold band with the words Tom Ford Black Orchid in Black appears above the base of the bottle.
