The mark consists of two fish hooks, the first of which contains a single bend and point and is positioned vertically with the bend and point at the top and the eye of the hook at the bottom, and the second of which contains two bends and two points and is positioned horizontally with the eye of the hook at the left and the bends and points at the right.
