The mark consists of a baby peeking over two black and white mattress bases.  The baby's face is tan and has an open dark red and pink mouth, small pink circles on the cheeks, and white, blue, and black eyes.  The baby has a tan chest and brown hair and three tan fingers on each mattress.  The baby's face and fingers are outlined in brown.  The mattresses cast a black shadow, and below the shadow is the word BAB-EASE in white and outlined in black.  The color white appearing outside of the mark design and wording is background and is not part of the mark.;The colors black, white, brown, blue, pink, tan, and dark red are claimed as a feature of the mark.;Bedding, namely, mattresses, bed bases, and pillows;
