The mark consists of a square design the left half of which is green and the right half of which is red, and within which is an outlined gold square. There is a red square within the gold square and a red circle within that, such that the circle and square create 4 gold triangles with one curved side in each. Inside the red circle there are four red circles that are outlined in gold and that sit in each quarter of a red cross that is outlined in gold.
