The mark consists of a circle outlining a circle comprised of a floral pattern, which in turn outlines another thicker circle containing a wavy line in the middle; the foregoing of which comprise a decorative border around the mark, with the wording CATOCTIN CREEK DISTILLERY contained within the top part of such border, and the wording SIC SEMPER SECALES contained immediately inside the bottom portion of the border, with decorative swirls on either side of those words.
