The mark consists of the letters CXL in capital letters. The top half of each letter is a dark blue and the bottom half is a light blue. There is a convex horizontal line that goes through the middle of the letters in a horizontal direction. The line extends beyond the left side of the C and the right side of the L a short distance. The convex line is thickest in the middle and tapers to a thinner line at each end. The color of the horizontal convex line is dark blue and exactly the same shade and color as the top half of the letters.
