The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a specific design feature of the product packaging for a spirits bottle wherein the label consists of a criss-cross design in the center and the wording BUMBU arched down above it and RUM CO. arched upwards below it, all of which is placed above BUMBU THE ORIGINAL appearing on two lines at the bottom of the bottle.
