DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR OTHERS IN THE FIELD OF SUSTAINABLE BUILDING DESIGN, PRACTICAL CONSTRUCTION, AND OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE WITH SPECIAL CONSIDERATION GIVEN TO ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY OF BOTH NEW AND EXISTING BUILDINGS MEASURED THROUGH THE USE OF BUILDING PERFORMANCE SOFTWARE; AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, NAMELY, CONDUCTING CLASSES, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOP IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN, ENERGY CONSERVATION, CONSTRUCTION AND SUSTAINABLE OPERATION OF BUILDINGS AND REAL ESTATE;

accreditation services, namely, developing and evaluating continuous measurement and verification standards to evaluate indoor environmental building operational strategy performance and energy conservation via building performance software, and the sustainable operation of buildings and real estate for the purpose of accreditation; testing, analysis and evaluation of the services of others for the purpose of certification;

ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENERGY EFFICIENT DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND OPERATION OF BUILDINGS AND BUILDING HVAC AND AIR QUALITY RELATED SYSTEMS;The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify persons authorized by the National Organization for Sustainable Environments, certifying that the goods and/or services provided by participants in the NOSE program meet the National Organization for Sustainable Environments' standards for the environmentally sound design, construction, operation and monitoring of buildings and the heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning control (HVAC) and/or air quality related systems for buildings and/or has met the operational standards adopted by the National Organization for Sustainable Environments.;
