Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for use with a touch-screen computer or tablet device, for educating and engaging patients and their families on how to prevent falls, to be used in hospital and non-hospital settings, to be user friendly for users 75 years or older, with accessibility options for visually/hearing-impaired users, and with the capability to link to electronic health records; electronic data collection by monitoring of the aforesaid software, using computers or sensors, to determine whether patients and their families are using the software;
