The mark consists of an incomplete oval (26.03.03) with the words Apparent Technologies connecting through the right side the oval. At the center of the oval is an incomplete triangle (26.05.03) with the A of Apparent in maroon, which is dissected by the oval, and the T of Technologies in black forming the triangle sides. There is no base to the triangle. Two polygons (26.15.13) in the shape of lightning bolts connect the center of the triangle/inside of the A to the top of the T in maroon, and another connects the edge of the T to the lowercase e in Technologies in black. Centered beneath this logo design are the words Bringing Technology to Life in plain black text.;Electric generators and related equipment, namely, automatic standby electric generator sets;The color(s) maroon is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;
