The mark consists of a blue cross of the type typically associated with christianity and christian organizations. The blue cross overlays two gold bands which are interlocked to form the shape of a heart. The gold bands do extend slightly beyond the traditional shape of a heart on the lower left and lower right borders of the heart. Beneath the cross/rings design is the word committed in all lower-case letters printed in the same blue as the cross, using a plain font.
