  1. The present invention discloses a platter ensemble that has two platters inter nested or stack, so that they appear as one unit. The upper platter has a large recessed area to hold the foodstuff, such as lobster or other shellfish. The upper platter also has a smaller recessed reservoir area to hold sauces, melted butter, or similar items.
