Providing instructional information on poker;The mark consists of the stylized green wording POKER with black shading above the stylized red wording 4UP with black shading that has a white spade in the U. Above the wording POKER is a design of the top of four playing cards fanned out behind the top of a poker chip. The cards have a black outline and, from top to bottom, show the first card having a red ace symbol in the upper left and red heart symbol in the upper right with a gray rectangle in the middle, the second card showing a black spade in the upper right with part of the gray shading in the middle visible, the third card showing a red diamond in the upper right, and the fourth card showing a black club in the upper right. The chip has a black outline with a gray and white center and an alternating black and white pattern on the outer edge.
