CERTIFIED TEXAS WHISKEY

Whiskey;The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods/services provided have been produced at licensed distilleries wholly located within the State of Texas, produced from cereal grains and Texas-sourced water that is processed at the distilleries, barreled and bottled without the addition of distilled spirits from a source outside of the State of Texas, and compliant with the regulatory designations of Whisky, matured entirely within the State of Texas, bottled within the State of Texas with no additives other than Texas-sourced water, and independently verified via on-site inspection.;

CERTIFIED TEXAS WHISKEY

The mark consists of a stylized shield with the words CERTIFIED TEXAS WHISKEY contained within. A five-pointed star is contained within the shield below the words.;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;Association services, namely, promoting the interests of the whiskey industry; Association services, namely, promoting the interests of Texas whiskey distillers by providing consumer information in the field of labeling and certification of Texas whiskey products;CERTIFIED TEXAS WHISKEY;Texas whiskey distillers association services, namely, providing information regarding the testing, analysis and evaluation of Texas whiskey distillery done for the purposes of determining conformity with certification standards;
