The person and guitar are in red, and stand before the background of a large upward pointing yellow star, outlined in gold, with the bottom points of the star cut off. The words ACADEMY and OF ROCK in gold are ascending and offset to the right below the figure and star. A gold circle surrounds the wording and encompasses most of the large star except the three upper points which break the continuity of the circle and extend outside its circumference. The head of the person and neck of the guitar overlay the circle but are not spaced apart from it.
