The mark consists of a broad band with a diagonal line about 2/3 of the way over from the left. The line is the same width all the way across. Under that is the art mark. At the top of the art mark in an arched shape with a space between each letter is the word HOPEFUL in all capitals. Under is an abstract swirl of 6 persons. The swirl is made up of curved rectangular shapes with dots on each to represent heads. In the center are the characters 65+. The numbers have a graduated appearance. Under the swirl in all capitals with a space between each letter is the word STRONG. At the bottom is another broad band. The left 1/4 is narrower that the remainder. The right 2/3 has a diagonal line that extends beyond the other band.
