The mark consists of a stylized R surrounded by a single-lined circle in the center of the mark. Surrounding the right and left sides of the circle there is a curved line extending upward from below the circle to the midpoint of the circle. Two curved laurel branches form an outer circle around the R design in the center of the mark. At the base of the laurel branches is a rope design with a single knot connecting the laurel branches.
