  1. The present invention provides novel synthetic oligonucleotide sequences (hereinafter sequence) of 3 to 9 bases in length comprising one or more non-DNA bases wherein the bases are nebularine, hypoxanthine, or uracil, or combinations of nebularine, hypoxanthine and uracil bases. These sequences optionally further comprise one or more guanine bases or one or more thymine bases, or combinations thereof. The present invention also provides methods of using these compositions to induce responses in cells, and to treat diseases and conditions characterized by undesired cellular proliferation such as autoimmune disease, lymphoproliferative disease, inflammation or cancer.
  2. A working machine maintenance system having a plurality of working machines. A center server is provided that manages maintenance on the plurality of working machines by engaging in data exchange through bidirectional communication with each of the plurality of working machines via a communication line. The working machines each include an operation data storage device, an operation device operated to enter a maintenance work completion, a data transmission device, a data reception device, and a display device at which the maintenance information is displayed. The center server includes a data reception device that receives the operation data, the maintenance work completion data, and the maintenance data that have been transmitted, an operation database in which the operation data are stored, a maintenance database, a calculation device that calculates maintenance timing. and a data transmission device that transmits data related to the maintenance information.
  3. A simulation device for simulating an operation of a system constituted by a plurality of machines. An operation program is executed by an arithmetic processing unit in a controller of a machine or by an information processing device having a function of analyzing the operation program equivalent to the controller of the machine, to obtain operation command data for the machine. The obtained operation command data of the machine with lapsing time information are received by the simulation device and stored as historical data. Operation programs of all of the machines constituting the system are executed to obtain historical data of operations of the machines, which are united by arranging the data in time series from a start of simultaneous operations of the machines based on the lapsing time information. Images of three-dimensional models of the machines are displayed by animation based on the united historical data.
  4. A self coordinated machine network is established by two or more machines in proximity with each other via a wired or wireless network infrastructure. The machines are configured to establish an ad hoc network between themselves for sharing information related to their common applications. New machines that come into proximity of the network infrastructure are configured to join an existing ad hoc network. Machines that power down or are removed from proximity of the network infrastructure are eliminated from the ad hoc network. Communications between the constituent machines of the ad hoc network allow the machines to self coordinate the network and redundantly store information pertaining to the common and disparate applications of the various machines that comprise the self coordinated machine network.
  5. An apparatus for accumulating and delivering folded cardboard sheets includes at least a pair of stacking bases moveable along a loop including a stacking position for stacking the cardboard sheets on the stacking bases and a delivering position for delivering the pile of cardboard sheets on the stacking bases. The apparatus receives cardboard sheets fed one by one, accumulates them in a pile consisting of a predetermined number of cardboard sheets, and delivers the pile of sheets. When one of the stacking bases moves away from the stacking position, the other is moved into the stacking position so that the stacking bases alternatively move into the stacking position. Preferably, the loop has resting and ejecting positions and when one of the stacking bases moves from the ejecting to the stacking position, that stacking base ejects the pile of sheets previously formed on the other stacking base.
