- A plastic zipper includes a pair of male hooks and female hooks for a slider guide operable parallel to the hooks for sealing on the opening side of the zipper wherein, at the same time, an inside guide of the slider is positioned between the hooks for sealing and hooks for slider guide in the case of a plastic zipper equipped with a slider.
- For stretching tissue of the skin a pull force is introduced into the skin via hooks (22) stuck into the skin at points. The hooks (22) are arranged adjacent to each other in a row transverse to the pull direction. Via the hooks (22) a high pull force can be introduced into the skin for a long stretch time. The high pull force is respectively alternatingly introduced via a portion of the hooks (22) while the other portion of the hooks (22) is relaxed. Thereby tissue necrosis on the pressure side of the hooks (22) is prevented even in the case of high pull forces and longer stretch durations.
- A police-car vehicle restraint has a pair of lift hooks with lift arms (7) having rigid hooks (5) outwardly from flat spring sections (50) which are attached pivotally to front ends of a chassis of a police car (10) for being pivoted selectively or simultaneously intermediate proximate verticality and horizontality. Swivel pads (22) can be positioned on the rigid hooks.
