  1. Methods and systems using Pade' Approximant expansion ratios provide mappings between nonlinear sensors and a more linearized output domain. In one embodiment (a) a variable gain amplifier receives a supplied input signal, the amplifier has at least a first input terminal, an output terminal, and a gain control terminal; (b) a first summer coupled to the output terminal of the variable gain amplifier adds in a first offset signal; (c) a first multiplier coupled to an output of the first summer receives a proportional feedback factor signal and correspondingly generates a multiplied feedback; (d) a second summer coupled to an output terminal of the first multiplier adds in a corresponding second offset signal; and (e) a second multiplier coupled to an output of the second summer receives a gain factor signal and generates a multiplied gain signal; where the gain control terminal of the variable gain amplifier is operatively coupled to an output terminal of the second multiplier.
  2. A dynamically reconfigurable universal transmitter system is disclosed herein. The electronic device includes multiple transmitter resources for generating transmission signals, an output bus, and an antenna summer coupled to the output bus. The output bus is selectively coupled to the plurality of transmitter resources and it selectively receives transmission signals from the plurality of transmission resources. The antenna summer stores transmission signals received on the output bus.
  3. A decision feedback equalizer device includes a linear equalizer stage, which has at least one first digital filter with an adjustable first set of coefficients. The equalizer device also includes a decision feedback equalizer stage, which is connected downstream of the linear equalizer stage. The decision feedback equalizer stage includes a summer, to which an output signal of the linear equalizer stage is fed. The decision feedback equalizer stage also includes a decision unit, to which an output signal of the summer is fed. The decision feedback equalizer stage also includes a decision feedback equalizer, to which an output signal of the decision unit is fed and which has at least one second digital filter with an adaptively adjustable second set of coefficients and which supplies an output signal, which is fed to the summer.
  4. A new plant variety of Aster tataricus characterized by its late spring to early summer bloom season, the distinct violet cast of its ray florets and its compactness, reaching a mature height of 40 to 50 cms tall in flower.
  5. A sigma-delta modulator. The sigma-delta modulator comprises a summer, a loop filter, a quantizer, a D/A converter and a dynamic element matching logic. The summer receives an analog input signal and a feedback signal to generate an error signal to the loop filter which generates a filtered signal to the quantizer, thereby converting the filtered signal to a quantized output signal to the D/A converter including D/A elements and generating the feedback signal corresponding to selected D/A elements thereof. The dynamic element matching logic coupled between the quantizer and D/A converter selects the D/A elements of the D/A converter, wherein it divides the D/A elements into groups, where the number of the groups is prime to that of the D/A elements, and then selects the groups and D/A elements thereof according to the quantized output signal and the previous selection of groups and D/A elements.
