- A method for estimating the sales of specialty products includes defining a first product specific universe using wholesale purchasing data to determine a product specific store size for a first group of retail outlets. A second product specific universe is defined using sampled retail sales data to determine a product specific store size for a second group of retail outlets, which were not represented in the first group of outlets. Geo-spatial projection is applied to the first and second product specific universes to determine product specific projection factors for retail outlets in the first and second universe. The product specific projection factors are then applied to sampled retail sales data for the product to estimate the sales of said specialty product in unsampled outlets. Preferably, the retail sales data includes prescriber information and the resulting estimates are attributable to individual prescribers authorizing the specialty product sale.
- A compact, inexpensive and rugged fiber collimating lens and lens array achieve large beam diameters and provide long working distances. A special single-mode fiber is inserted between a standard single-mode input fiber and a GRIN fiber lens, typically quarter-pitch or slightly longer. The specialty fiber condenses the mode field diameter (MFD) of the beam in the input fiber into its smaller MFD. As a result, the fiber collimating lens provides greater beam expansion due to the larger divergence angle of the specialty fiber, which in turn provides longer working distances.

Head, neck and tail assemblies may be provided so that the wagon resembles a desired animal. A frame assembly provides the head and neck with realistic movement when the wagon is moved. The tongue may be pulled manually or disassembled into a tow bar to be pulled by other motive devices.
- A non-toxic enzymatic detergent for use in cleaning surgical instruments and the like which have a large build-up of bio-residue thereon and which need specialty cleaning in order to avoid both hardened bio-residue and certain fluid traces from the instruments for both operating accuracy as well as sterilization requirements.
- A circuit and method of dithering the switching frequency of an off-line power factor corrected (PFC) pre-regulator. The circuitry used to dither the frequency is advantageously accomplished by taking advantage of the PWM's internal timing circuitry. This invention reduces narrow band EMI and eliminates the need to provide specialty PWM controllers to achieve dithering.
