- The present invention discloses a doffing apparatus of a high-speed high-stand fabric take-up device, which is applicable to a fabric take-up device having a higher fabric-storage volume. The doffing apparatus has safety pins and control handles in the side-frame casings of the fabric take-up device. Via shifting the control handles to change the relative positions of the safety pins, the safety pins can be inserted into the rod shafts of the fabric-winding rod so that the coupling between the drive wheels and the rod shafts can be enhanced and the safety of a fabric-winding operation can be promoted. Further, hydraulic cylinders are installed between the side-frame casings of the fabric take-up device and the support brackets sustaining the fabric-winding rod. Via the hydraulic cylinders providing a buffer force for the support brackets, the support brackets can rotate and descend slowly, and the safety of a fabric-doffing operation can be promoted.
- A bucket has a pair of longitudinally parallel and spaced apart pins for attaching to a pin grabber quick coupler. The pins may require removal from the bucket for repair or replacement if the pins are damaged. One or more windows are formed in the side of the bucket for facilitating access to and the removal of the pins from the bucket.
- A safety controller provides for reliable mixed execution of standard and safety control programs held in a common memory by providing a hardware lock that is locked at times when the safety program is not executing to minimize potential corruption of the safety program by the standard program.
- The edges of portions of a base member that are joined to stem pins are arranged as bottom surfaces of recesses formed in the stem so that the stem pins are joined to the base member at gradual angles and so that even when a bending force acts on the stem pins, the stem pins will contact the peripheral portions at the open sides of the recesses, thereby preventing further bending of the stem pins and preventing the forming of cracks at both sides of the portions at which the stem pins are joined to the base member. Furthermore, triple junctions, at which the conductive stem pins, the insulating base member to which the stem pins are joined, and vacuum intersect, are positioned inside the recesses and put in concealed-like states.
- An exerciser includes a safety block having two through holes defined through the safety block and two cutouts defined in two opposite sides of the safety block, two elastic strings respectively extending through and securely received the two through holes of the safety block, two safety pads each provided to opposite sides of the safety block to securely connect to one end of the two elastic to allow an operator to work on thigh muscles and two rings connected to a corresponding one of the two safety pads to allow the operator to work on chest muscles.
