- This describes a procedure for replicative fabrication and packaging of at least one microstructured molded part as one magazine/molded part composite as well as a magazine with at least one microstructured molded part as one magazine/molded part composite. The first step covers fabrication of at least one microstructured molded part using an initially closed tool which consists of at least one first and one second tool half. In the second step, both tool halves are opened, whereby the molded part remains in the first tool half. In the third step, at least the second tool half is replaced with at least one additional tool half. In the fourth step, the replicative fabrication of the magazine is carried out using the first tool half containing the molded part and the additional tool half. Finally in the fifth step, magazine and molded part are demolded simultaneously as one magazine/molded part composite. Under the invention, either the magazine or the microcomponents can be fabricated first depending on the final design of the microcomponent and magazine. This procedure, which preferably uses a 2-component injection molding process, allows the direct fabrication of several molded parts or microcomponents and their magazine packaging as one magazine/molded part composite without any after-treatment requirement, whereby different physical heights are fabricated for the magazine and microcomponents. Since the magazine connects the microcomponents only at parts of the side, bottom or face surfaces, a gripper can be used for very precise, fully automated mounting of the microcomponent.
- A photographic printer removably holds a magazine for containing a roll of photographic paper is provided. The photographic paper is advanced and supplied to a transporting path. A large-width loading support is loaded with a large-width magazine removably. A small-width loading support is loaded with plural small-width magazines removably. The small-width magazines have a smaller width than the large-width magazine, and are arranged in a path crosswise direction that extends along a width of the transporting path. As viewed from the large width loading support, the small-width loading supports are arranged in a vertical direction that is perpendicular to the path crosswise direction. Furthermore, a cutter cuts the photographic paper to form a photographic paper sheet.
- A receiver is configured to receiver a tabbed magazine. The receiver includes a receiver well having a slot configured to accept the tab on the tabbed magazine. In operation, the tabbed magazine can be inserted into the receiver well without having to rotate the tabbed magazine into the receiver well. A magazine catch engages a locking feature in a rib of the tabbed magazine so as to support the tabbed magazine in the receiver well. Once the tabbed magazine is empty, the tabbed magazine can be ejected by pressing a magazine release button without the need to rock the tabbed magazine out of the receiver well. The magazine release button can be configured to allow the user to eject the tabbed magazine by pressing the magazine release button on either side of the receiver. Once a loaded tabbed magazine is placed into the receiver well, the user can press a bolt stop button to release a bolt stop. The bolt stop button can be configured to allow the user to release the bolt stop by pressing the bolt stop button on either side of the receiver.
- A paper shredder paper feed mechanism, characterized in having a paper insert opening structured from two movable paper feed tubes, which are configured above paper shredding cutters. Two ends of each of the paper feed tubes are respectively positioned in W-shaped embed grooves of positioning plates of a frame. The two paper feed tubes are ordinarily closed together, thereby enhancing safety and preventing dust and miscellaneous objects from falling into the paper shredder. When paper is inserted into the paper insert opening, the thickness of the paper opens the two paper feed tubes, thereby guiding the paper smoothly guided into the paper shredding cutters.
- A teeing device includes a ball magazine an actuator having a tee magazine, and a base connected to the ball magazine and the actuator by a common passage. Pressing the actuator downward places a tee and in the ground with a ball set on the tee.
