  1. Non-aqueous based fragrance compositions containing a siloxane material are disclosed. The fragrance compositions are suitable for many applications including cosmetics, laundry care and personal care items. The fragrance compositions can also be used in air fresheners, particularly those air fresheners that contain heating elements.
  2. A paper shredder paper feed mechanism, characterized in having a paper insert opening structured from two movable paper feed tubes, which are configured above paper shredding cutters. Two ends of each of the paper feed tubes are respectively positioned in W-shaped embed grooves of positioning plates of a frame. The two paper feed tubes are ordinarily closed together, thereby enhancing safety and preventing dust and miscellaneous objects from falling into the paper shredder. When paper is inserted into the paper insert opening, the thickness of the paper opens the two paper feed tubes, thereby guiding the paper smoothly guided into the paper shredding cutters.
  3. An apparatus to switch a paper feed direction for an image forming device includes a paper guide part disposed across a paper feed path to move from an initial position to a paper passing position or a paper jam removing position by a force generated by passing of the paper, or external power; a supporting part to rotatably fix the paper guide part to a frame of the office machine; an elastic restoring part to restore the paper guide part from the paper jam removing position to the paper passing position; and a restoring force blocking part to block a force of the elastic restoring part from acting on the paper guide part until the paper guide part fixed to the supporting part rotates beyond the paper passing position. The apparatus blocks a force of the elastic restoring part from acting on the paper guide part until the paper guide part is rotated beyond the paper passing position, thereby reducing resistance against the paper and consequently preventing the paper from being blocked due to curling and jamming.
  4. An image forming device is provided in which erroneous printing on a sheet of paper rather than the rear surface of the desired paper during manual double-side printing can be prevented. An image forming device for executing manual double-side printing in which a user sets a paper sheet when printing is conducted on the other side of the paper sheet after printing on one side of the paper sheet, comprising at least one paper feed unit which feeds paper sheets, a control unit which instructs to feed paper from one of the paper feed units that was preset for printing on the other side when printing on the other side of the paper sheet, and a printing unit which carries out the paper feed from the preset paper feed unit, according to the paper feed instruction, and executes the printing of the other side on the paper sheet.
  5. A printer and control method to control the operation of a printer to assure consistent print quality regardless of the paper length. A paper transportation control unit 101 and ASF control unit 103 drive a paper feed roller 78 and main paper transportation roller 23 for feeding a sheet S of print paper from the ASF 60 upon a paper transportation path and for advancing the sheet S of print paper on the paper transportation path in a first direction until the sheet S of print paper is discharged from the ASF 60, and then reversing the direction of travel of the sheet of paper S on the paper transportation path to convey the sheet S upon a reverse paper transportation path 80 disposed below the ASF 60 while positioning the sheet S to the print head 25a for printing by the print head 25a.
