  1. The invention relates to a method and system for connecting subscribers participating in several telecommunication networks under one telephone number. The invention is characterized in that the subscriber data are stored in at least one telecommunication network and made available to the other telecommunication networks on request. To this end the invention provides for at least one of the telecommunication networks to have a data bank shared by all participating telecommunication networks.
  2. A system for communicating telecommunication information includes a memory, packetization modules, and a telecommunication interface module. The memory stores subscriber profiles associating each of several subscribers with a telecommunication interface. The packetization modules receive data packets from a broadband network and extract telecommunication information associated with a subscriber from the data packets. The telecommunication interface module communicates the telecommunication information to a telecommunication network using a telecommunication interface associated with the subscriber.
  3. A method and apparatus are provided for servicing a telecommunication junction box. The method enables a reduced number of tools to be utilized to service a telecommunication junction box.
  4. According to the invention, systems and methods are provided for analyzing the diversity of a set of critical telecommunication circuits. For example, according to one embodiment of the invention, a method is provided for analyzing the diversity of critical telecommunication circuits, the method comprising: determining a critical circuit set comprising a first critical circuit and a second critical circuit; identifying a first set of telecommunication resources associated with the first critical circuit; identifying a second set of telecommunication resources associated with the second critical circuit; and comparing the first set of telecommunication resources with the second set of telecommunication resources to determine whether the critical circuit set is diverse.
  5. The present invention is directed to a telecommunication device, usable with standard telecommunication equipment, that automatically resets one or more acoustic parameters to predetermined levels prior to the initiation of the next communication session.
