Technical Examples
  1. An electric circuit module comprising: an electric device comprising an electric circuit to serve for passage and interruption of electric current, a packing material packing the electric circuit and a plurality of wiring members to electrically connect the electric circuit with an external circuit; and a heat sink to radiate heat from the electric device. The electric circuit module includes a fixture to fix the heat sink and the electric device together so that a heat radiating surface of the electric device comes into contact with the heat sink. The fixture is formed with a recess to accommodate therein a part of the electric device so that the heat radiating surface of the electric device is exposed from the fixture. When the electric device is fixed to the heat sink by the fixture, the heat radiating surface comes into contact with the heat sink.
  2. A circuit inspection method includes supplying electric charges to a first, second, and third electric charge holding electrodes in an electric circuit; outputting the electric charges held in the first electric charge holding electrode after a predetermined period of time from supplying of the electric charges; changing voltages of the first and second scan lines to a drive voltage to output the electric charges held in the second electric charge holding electrode; and determining whether an electric charge writing function and an electric charge holding function of the second electric charge holding electrode are good or not based on a quantity of the supplied electric charges and a quantity of the electric charges output from the second electric charge holding electrode.
  3. The invention provides an optoelectronic arrangement having a pluggable optoelectronic module and an electric plug arranged on a host printed circuit board. The optoelectronic module comprises at least one optoelectronic transducer, at least one electronic chip, and a module printed circuit board with a plurality of first electric contacts. The electric plug is electrically connected to the host printed circuit board and has a plurality of second electric contacts which, when the module is plugged in, are in electric contact with the first electric contacts of the module printed circuit board. Also provided are a displacement mechanism for linearly displacing the module into an end position with reference to the electric plug, and a contact mechanism for making contact and breaking contact between the first electric contacts and second electric contacts. It is possible in this case to activate the contact mechanism only when the module is in the end position. The present invention also relates to a very compact electric plug which is arranged on a host printed circuit board.
  4. A CMOS logical circuit comprises two electric current paths each of which has circuits consisting of n-type and p-type transistors. In a circuit consisting of n-type or p-type transistors, one electric current path is provided with a circuit having the same construction as that of a circuit having an n-type transistor of a CMOS logical circuit outputting a logical operation result similar to that of this logical circuit, and the other electric current path is provided with a circuit having the same construction as that of a circuit having a p-type transistor of the CMOS logical circuit outputting a logical operation result similar to that of this logical circuit. In another circuit consisting of the other channel type, a gate electrode of the transistor provided on the one electric current path and that of the transistor provided on the other electric current path are connected to drain electrodes of the counterparts. According to the construction, the amplitude of an input signal can be made smaller than a supply voltage of the logical circuit.
  5. The invention relates to a circuit (1) for protecting against overload of an electric motor (2), more particularly an electrically powered air blower for a vehicle, with the purpose of providing sufficient and appropriate protection even when several electric motors are connected in series. Said circuit is provided with at least one switching element (6) for controlling two series connected electric motors (2) independent of revolutions, in which a switch element (14) configured as a make contact element (12) is connected in parallel to the electric motor (2), said switch element causing short circuiting of the corresponding electric motor (2) in case of overheating.
