Technical Examples
- A computer case structure includes an anchor rack to hold and position a power supply. The anchor rack has force distributing walls extended from the periphery. When the computer case is positioned in a tilted manner, the weight of the power supply is evenly distributed by the force distributing walls to the computer case. The anchor rack thus formed can also prevent electromagnetic interference.
- A coke-oven door has an annular periphery normally juxtaposed with an annular door frame. A seal assembly for the door has at least two flexible, relatively displaceable, metallic, and annular membranes each having an annular inner periphery and an annular outer periphery and a U-section channel fixed to the outer periphery of only one of the membranes, open toward the door, and having annular inner and outer edges. The other membrane bears on the one membrane and therethrough on the channel. A mount secures the inner peripheries of the membranes to the periphery of the door. A spring urges the edges of the channel with a spring force against the door frame.
- The present invention relates to a positioning clamp for CD-ROM drives and diskette drives, characterized in that no tools are required, but only clamps located at the periphery of a frame are needed to easily and rapidly position the CD-ROM drive and the diskette drive inside a CD-ROM slot and a diskette drive slot formed between a computer case and a computer frame.
- This invention provides a chain tensioner that is compact, excellent in operation, easy to maintain and handle and low in manufacturing cost. This chain tensioner has a tubular housing 1 having a bottom, a plunger 3 installed in the inner periphery 1a of the housing so as to smoothly slide inside the housing, a return spring 5 providing the plunger 3 with a force pushing outward, a plurality of latching grooves 33a-33d formed on the outer periphery of the plunger 3, a resister ring 7 capable of locking in the latching grooves, and a check valve 6 that is mounted on the bottom of the housing inner periphery 1a, provides the housing inner periphery 1a with operating oil and prevents its reverse flow. The range of backward movement of the plunger 3 is limited by mating the resister ring 7 locked in the latching grooves 33a-33d with a first stopper 21 formed on the housing inner periphery 1a.
- An apparatus for providing electrostatic discharge protection includes a first conductive trace and a second conductive trace. The first conductive trace defines a first conductive periphery and is deposited on a first surface. The second conductive trace defines a second conductive periphery and is deposited on a second surface. The second surface is spaced apart from the first surface by a gap distance and in parallel relation so that a spark gap is defined by the gap distance between the first conductive periphery and the second conductive periphery.
