  1. A communication control method for controlling data communication conducted between a portable information communication terminal and a data communication apparatus via a communication network including a radio communication network includes the steps of: determining whether data communication between a portable information communication terminal and a data communication apparatus has been interrupted by disconnection of a communication line; and in response to normal termination of data communication between a portable information communication terminal and a data communication apparatus, clearing accounting on data communication that was interrupted between said portable information communication terminal and a data communication apparatus by disconnection of a communication line within a predetermined time before the normal termination of the data communication.
  2. A system and method for a communication apparatus to provide advanced features such as communication channel mobility, billing options for communication charges (for instance reverse billing), and definable accessibility controls. A subscriber apparatus (for instance a wireless communication apparatus) includes pager (such as a page phone) or radiotelephone functions. A caller calls the subscriber apparatus. The caller gains two-way communication with the subscriber apparatus. The subscriber apparatus may include a radio frequency power level monitor to control movement of a communication channel of the subscriber apparatus from a first communication system (for instance a regular cellular system) to a second communication system (for instance a local loop). The billing options include reversing communication charges (for instance from a subscriber to a calling party), listening to advertisements to reduce communication charges, or splitting communication charges (for instance between a subscriber and a calling party).
  3. A wireless communication apparatus, a method thereof and a wireless communication system employing the same. The wireless communication apparatus for transceiving data wirelessly, includes a transceiving unit for transmitting and receiving data to and from an external apparatus, a buffer for temporarily storing data to be sent, the buffer having an indicator for indicating the existence of data, and a controller for checking the indicator of the buffer after the data has been sent to a destination wireless communication apparatus via the transceiving unit, and for confirming that the data is successfully sent to the destination wireless communication apparatus if there is no data in the buffer. According to the wireless communication apparatus, the method thereof and the wireless communication system applying the same, the successful transmission of the data would be easily checked.
  4. A method of constructing a radio network that enables the user to select an arbitrary radio communication apparatus as a control station and the thus selected radio communication apparatus preferentially constructs the radio network, wherein the radio communication apparatus that is desired to be arranged as a control station is set up so that it has the function of preferentially becoming a control station in advance. In case several radio communication apparatuses are designated as control stations, any of the radio communication apparatuses is selected as a control station based on the number of radio communication apparatuses with which the designated radio communication apparatus can communicate.
  5. An apparatus and method are detailed that allows for improved detection of communication devices and/or doublers in an associated physical communication links, in particular on HDSL communication links. The improved device apparatus and method additionally allows for the communication device to identify when all devices on a communication link have been detected and prevent premature termination of a discovery process. The improved device apparatus and method also allows the avoidance of improper detection of communication devices or doublers due to corrupted discovery response messages.
