  1. A system and method of displaying performance information on athletic eyewear. A display is formed and attached to or embedded in one or more lens of an article of athletic eyewear. The display is then activated to display the performance information.
  2. System determines impact of a helmet, comprising: accelerometer and processor, the accelerometer detecting acceleration of the helmet, the processor configured to process the signals from the accelerometer to determine impact of the helmet. System determines athletic performance, comprising: pressure sensor for sensing change in elevation; microprocessor for processing signals from the pressure sensor to determine vertical speed corresponding to the change in elevation; and display for reporting the vertical speed to a user. System assesses athletic performance, comprising: protective housing configured for attachment to a human-powered sport vehicle; GPS sensor configured with the housing for generating earth position signals; microprocessor configured with the housing for processing the signals to determine speed and distance traveled of the sport vehicle; and display configured with the housing for displaying one or both of the speed and distance traveled to a user of the human-powered sport vehicle.
  3. Method 10 discloses a process for creating a pair of athletic shoes having cleats thereon. The process is comprised of taking a first pair of athletic shoes 14 and removing a portion of the sole having cleats therein, the selectively removed portion hereinafter referred to as the cleat plate 22. Then taking a second pair of shoes 18 designated by the user for which shoes they desire to have cleats thereon and creating a cavity 30 within the soles of the second pair of shoes, the cavity conforming substantially to the dimensions of the cleat plate 22, and fixedly attaching the cleat plate to the respective sole by means of fasteners 24, 26 such as screws and/or adhesive 28 that bonds to rubber and plastic surfaces.
  4. Disclosed is a method, system, and program for generating network performance data. Performance information including a performance time to download a page and execute the page within an application program is received. The received performance information is processed and then performance information output indicating network performance is generated in response to processing the performance information.
