The starting mixture is pressed to form a pressed part and annealed at temperatures between 380° C. and 450° C. in a mixture of an inert gas and oxygen that has an oxygen concentration between 1% and 10% by volume. The starting mixture is pressed to form a pressed part, annealed, and then postformed and re-annealed.
